You report the Liberal Party is meeting to examine its prolonged absence from office in the states ("State Libs meet to break power drought", August 30). But how are droughts broken? Pray for rain to wash away the out of date policies still being pursued. When the avowed but not followed small government approach is adopted, the clouds will clear.
